Choir voice: old and new
One short phrase in E♭ major, sung by the old voice and by the new one. Press Play and flip between them while it sings. Headphones help.
Which voice you hear
The new voice is set to the old voice’s level, so louder never wins by accident.

New voice, one property at a time
Change one thing and listen. While it plays, the phrase starts again with the change. The old voice keeps its own settings and only follows the vowel, as far as it knows it (oo, oh, ah).
Six characters of the new voice, all equally loud. Choir is the default.
Number of singers in each part.
Every note and vowel at the same loudness.
High notes open the vowel, the way real sopranos do.
oo, oh and ah blend into each other; eh, ee and mm come after them.
How loud the choir sings, from pp to ff.
How exactly the singers start together.
Depth in cents.
